We rented a Catalina 30 from Theo on April 15th 2013. The whole reason we
rented was to have a boat to live on and that we could sail. what we found was,

ended with Theo posting a 2 day vacate notice and leaving us homeless.
We paid this crook a total of $4,150 for less than one month of hell.
This guy needs to be stopped.

That is a total bummer. Theo always delivers boats that are broken. and he always keeps the deposit. at least you didnt pay for the repairs like i did to only get nothing repaired. for example i paid theo 1000k to fix my engine which never should have to fix to be scamed out of the repair. it took theo 6 months to fix a pump and steal 1000k. and it is still not working. then he screwed over the repair man.
I got a judgment against Theo for a clint and have collected some money. I am looking for anyone who is currently renting from Tho anywhere. I will give you the chance to deprive Thoe of rent money you are currently paying him, and my client is considering taking any boats we find from Theo. any help is appreciated.
